Economic Bailout

Ever wonder how Congress seems to view handling your tax dollars? To the tune of 3/4 trillion (yes, trillion) dollars? And that's just a guess. Oh, and if we don't pledge it without restriction or oversight we will enter the Great Depression on Monday, September 29, 2008.

GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

(Thanks to my son for sending this to me.)

BTW: Don't tell the Golden Girls I put a kitten picture in my blog.

Cute picture!
I hear ya! Why don't some of those people with more money than sense help a little.

This Economic Bailout brings a few "choice" words to mind. I agree with some of the reporters that said "help the people out who are out of work, don't have healthcare, have taken pay cuts" - why are we bailing out these people who obviously can't manage money. So they can lose some more?
(I'll step off my soap box now. Loved the kitty pic!!)

Perhaps an economic depression is what our over indulged society really needs!

Cute kitty - I'm sure the girls wouldn't mind sharing blog time with something that cute! As long as they don't lose their golden Friday air time!

Ditto! We just woke to the news that our mortgage holder is under...does that mean we don't have to pay?
Love the kitten.

twisted - I agree.

Shelley - Stay on the soapbox.

Cicero - Surely this will be a wake up call.

Dog geek - Actually, the girls seem to like cats. The woman who keeps them when we travel has a cat and they all get along fine.

Helen - Sorry. Folks like you and I are responsible for our bills. It's only those idiots who overextended who get off.

Science guy - You have a lot of insight.
