I love clouds. For me they need no names, which is just as well because I cannot identify them. Clouds for me are objects of beauty, simply to be admired. We see less of the sky at a given time here in the mountains, but what we see is often so beautiful.
The other afternoon we had some lovely clouds so I ventured outside for a few photographs.

Clouds here in the mountains are not always up in the sky. My favorite clouds are those first arising from the valleys between the mountains. Coming right up to reach the sky.

I've looked at clouds from both sides now, from up and down, and still somehow it's cloud illusions I recall. I really don't know clouds at all.

Lovely! I was up in an airplane today looking down at clouds (& annoyed at myself that my camera was in the overhead bin).

Those are exquisite clouds against the deep blue sky. We have those "lower" clouds too, and they are very fun to watch!

I don't know the names either, but I love looking at them. The only time I ever think about taking photos is when I'm riding (not driving!) in a car, so my shots are always blurred. Yours are beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
I have the same feelings about clouds as you do -- I've taken many photos of them and enjoy perusing them ever so often. Such beauty with mesmerizing qualities I think. -- barbara
