Lucy loves the cool weather but she also loves to soak up the sun. If the sun is shining, there is always somewhere in the house where she can catch a sunbeam. She sits and snoozes and dreams of heaven knows what. Despite her desire to be with people, she is not at all happy to have her snoozing disturbed.
This is what she looks like:
What were you thinking, Mom?
We are very excited that she has not had any symptoms of any kind and seems her happy healthy self. (Despite the frown in the photograph.)
September is half over and time keep flying by. The quote for today comes from author Peggy Toney Horton:
"Ah, September!
You are the doorway to the season that awakens my soul...
But I must confess that I love you only because you are a prelude to my beloved October."
HAVE A SAFE AND WONDERFUL WEEKEND, EVERYONE!!!
WELCOME AUTUMN ON MONDAY.

So glad and relieved to know that Lucy is doing well again. Enjoy these splendid early fall days. It truly is the most beautiful season.
Good news about Lucy. Her sunshine routine is very remindful of Simba our cat. Who became my role model for my early retirement in the Minnesota winters...:)
It is so good to know that Lucy is doing well....I still keep her in my thoughts as I go around my daily routine.
Beautiful quote.....I love the mists and frosts that October sometimes brings.
Have a good weekend.......
Have a beautiful weekend!
I have never heard of Peggy Horton but I love the quote...and the fact that Lucy is back to her old self !
"you woke me up to take my picture? Mom! Do you even know me?" I love her attitude, and that she's had a good week. Ditto, re: you :-)
I look even grumpier when woken up from a nap!
Each healthy report is a relief. Keep up the great progress Lucy.
Such a look she is giving you.
Lucy does not look happy about being awakened (but I may look that way when my alarm goes off each morning!).
I'm thrilled that her health seems good!
Enjoy your weekend.
So glad she is doing well!
I'm so glad she is doing well. I've been thinking of her. Maybe it was triggered by a bug bite of some kind?

Thanks for your comments, everyone. We are delighted that Lucy continues to do well.
Sam - We are hoping that there was some trigger we couldn't identify and that the seizure was a one-time thing.
I'm so glad Lucy is doing well. I like the sun and my naps not interrupted either.
Sam
